The Rolette County Housing Authority (ND) has opened the waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program; no closing date has been identified.NOTE: Rolette County is 3 hrs north of Bismark, ND, 7.25 hrs northwest of Minneapolis, MN and on the border with Canada.
