Public Housing Waiting List

The Clementon Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The CHA does not offer a family public housing program.
The CHA offers one public housing community with 70 units dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.
To apply for public housing, visit the CHA to pick up an application, located at 22 Gibbsboro Rd., Clementon, NJ 08021, between the hours of 9:30 am 3:30 pm Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificate, social security card, proof of income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of any preferences claimed.
The CHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: veteran, or live and/or work in Clementon.
