Borough of Clementon Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Clementon Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.Please note: The CHA does not offer a family public housing program.The CHA offers one public housing community with 70 units dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.To apply for public housing, visit the CHA to pick up an application, located at 22 Gibbsboro Rd., Clementon, NJ 08021, between the hours of 9:30 am 3:30 pm Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificate, social security card, proof of income, photo IDs for all adult household members, and proof of any preferences claimed.The CHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: veteran, or live and/or work in Clementon.More information can be found by visiting the CHA website at http://clementonhousingauthority.com/, or by calling 856-784-1134 durng normal office hours.
