This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in East Orange, New Jersey.

The Housing Authority of the City of East Orange (EOHA) waiting list for Near-Elderly (55+) or Disabled Public Housing apartments at Concord Tower and Vista Village is currently open. Applications are being accepted from September 23, 2024 at 9:00 am, until 500 pre-applications for Concord Towers and 500 pre-applications for Vista Village have been accepted.

• Vista Village is an eight story building, located at 70 South Burnet Street, East Orange, New Jersey. This waiting list is for 0 and 1-Bedroom o units only (1 or 2 persons).

• Concord Tower is an eight story building, located at 210 North Grove Street, East Orange, New Jersey. This waiting list is for 1-Bedroom only (1 or 2 persons).

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
