2-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Passaic, New Jersey.

The Housing Authority of the City of Passaic (HACP) last accepted Section 8 Project based Voucher waiting list applications for 2-Bedroom apartments from January 17, 2023, until an unknown close date. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, complete the application in person at the HACP office located at 52 Aspen Place, Passaic, New Jersey 07055.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 2 Person $49,000 | 3 Persons $55,100
• 4 Persons $61,200 |

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• Passaic Veterans
• Residents of the City Passaic
• Head or Spouse working in the City of Passaic

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
