Housing Authority of the County of Santa Fe Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Fe (HACSF) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently open until further notice.

There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HACSF to pick up a pre-applicaiton, located at 52 Camino De Jacobo, Santa Fe, NM 87507, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm MT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, birth certificates, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

The HACSF does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Elderly, disabled, and working family at least 24 hours a week for the last six months.
