Public Housing Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the Village of Fort Sumner (HAVFS) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The HAVFS offers one Public Housing community with 47 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the HAVFS to pick up a pre-application, located at 165 E Main Ave., Fort Sumner, NM 88119 during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (575) 355-2986 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. 
No documents are needed at this time.
No preferences were noted.
