Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Dona Ana County, New Mexico.

The Mesilla Valley Public Housing Authority (MVPHA) Public Housing waiting list for 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted from April 19, 2021 at 7:30 am MT, until further notice.

Please note:  In addition to completing the application, the MVPHA public notice says "You must also complete the attached form, Supplement to Application Form #HUD-92006 and submit that to our office. You may mail it to 926 S. San Pedro St. Las Cruces, NM 88001, or use our drop box located outside of our office, or email it to [email protected]."

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Call (575) 528-2000 to request an application.
3. In person at the MVPHA, located at 926 S. San Pedro, Las Cruces, NM, Monday through Thursday from 7:30 am through 3:00 pm.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
