Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Santa Fe Civic Housing Authority (SFCHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for seniors aged 62 and older.Please note: The Public Housing waiting list for families and disabled households is currently closed.The SFCHA offers six Public Housing communities with 563 units for families, senior, and disabled households.To apply, visit the SFCHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 664 Alta Vista St., Santa Fe, NM 87504, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm MT, Monday-Friday.Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Photo IDs for all adult household members.The SFCHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Santa Fe.For more information, the SFCHA can be reached by calling (505) 988-2859 from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
