Cortland Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Cortland Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications.

The CHA offers 14 family communities, and seven communities dedicated to elderly/disabled households, all located throughout Cortland County.

There are three ways to apply:

1. Pick up an application at the CHA office, located at 42 Church St., Cortland, NY 13045.
2. Call the CHA at (607) 753-1171 to request an application be mailed to you.
3. Request an application be emailed to you by sending an email to the CHA at [email protected].

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Living/working in Cortland County, elderly, or disabled.
