Public Housing Waiting List

The Butler Metropolitan Housing Authority (BMHA) Public Housing waiting list is currently open. Pre-applications are being accepted from September 3, 2019 at 8:00 am ET, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Complete the online pre-application here.
2. Download and print the paper pre-application here. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and select the "Download and Complete Paper Application Here" link.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off in person at the BMHA office, located at 4110 Hamilton Middletown Rd, Hamilton Ohio 45011.
2. Faxed to (513) 868-5290.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
