Pickaway County, Ohio Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Pickaway County, Ohio.

The Pickaway Metropolitan Housing Authority (PMHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from August 22, 2023, until August 24, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.
3. Pick up an application from the PMHA office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Postmarked by August 24, 2023 and mailed to the PMHA office.
2. Turn in the application to the PMHA office.

This waiting list had the following preferences: 

• US Veterans – Form DD214 is required for all veteran applicants to show a minimum of 6 months of active duty and honorable discharge or documentation showing eligibility for veteran benefits.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
