Geary Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Geary Housing Authority (GHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The WGHA offers one Public Housing community with 26 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the GHA office at 329 Troxel Dr., Geary, OK 73040 during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application emailed to you by calling (405) 884-2710 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-applicaiton has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult  household members, and proof of all income.The GHA does not have a preference.Applicants will receive a confirmation number upon submitting the pre-application. It is important to keep that number in a safe, easy to access place. It will be needed any time when referencing your pre-application with the housing authority.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the WHA office at (405) 884-2710 during normal office hours.
