New Columbia Apartments Rental Assistance Demonstration and Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Multnomah County, Oregon.

The Home Forward (HF) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher and Rental Assistance Demonstration waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at New Columbia from January 24, 2024, until January 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it must have been either:

1. Emailed to New Columbia Apartments.
2. Faxed to New Columbia Apartments
3. Mailed to New Columbia Apartments.
4. Dropped off in person at New Columbia Apartments.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
