Public Housing Waiting List

Please note: The Snyder Housing Authority also manages an individual waiting list for the Roosevelt Housing Authority.

The Snyder Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 54 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
To apply, visit the SHA office to pick up a pre-application, located at 300 E St., Snyder, OK 73566, during normal office hours.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.
Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The SHA does not have a preference.
Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application has been received.
