Watonga Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Watunga Housing Authority (WHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The WHA offers one Public Housing community with 46 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the WHA office at 117 N Spiece Ave, Watonga, OK 73772 during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application emailed to you by calling (580) 623-4623 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-applicaiton has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards and birth certificates for all household members, photo IDs for all adult  household members, and proof of all income.The WHA does not have a preference.Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the pre-application is received.For more information, call the WHA office at (580) 623-4623 during normal office hours.
