Carbondale Housing Authority Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The Carbondale Housing Authority (CHA) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open in April 2017. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply, applicants were required to complete an application at the CHA office.

The CHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: live and/or work in the City of Carbondale, elderly, disabled, victim of domestic violence, homeless, or employed.
