Cumberland Manor Senior and Disabled Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Senior and Disabled Public Housing rental housing assistance in Cumberland, Rhode Island .

The Cumberland Housing Authority (CHA) last accepted Elderly and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications for Cumberland Manor from April 4, 2024, until further notice. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were require to print the paper application.

Once the application was completed, it was to be returned to the Cumberland Housing Authority.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as followed:

• 1 Person $57,350
• 2 Persons $65,550
• 3 Persons $73,750
• 4 Persons $81,900

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Residency preference in Cumberland, Rhode Island.
• Veteran

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, weighed by order of preferences.
