Eligibility
The East Providence Housing Authority (EPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The EPHA offers four Public Housing communities with 419 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
There are three ways to apply:1. Visit the EPHA to pick up an application, located at 99 Goldsmith Ave., East Providence, RI 02914, between the hours of 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling 401-434-7645, between the hours of 8:30 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.3. Download an application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.
The EPHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: veteran, live and/or work in East Providence, working family that works at least 20 hours per week, elderly, disabled, or a victim of domestic violence.
