Public Housing Waiting List

The North Providence Housing Authority (NPHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for senior/disabled individuals.
Please note: The NPHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.
The NPHA offers four Public Housing communities with 144 units dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:1. Visit the NPHA to pick up an application, located at 945 Charles St., North Providence, RI, during normal office hours.2. Request that an application be mailed to you by calling (401) 728-0930 during normal office hours.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. 
No documents are needed at this time.
The NPHA does have a preference for local residents.
