Public Housing Waiting List

The Gaffney Housing Authority (GHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The GHA offers four Public Housing communities with 274 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the GHA to pick up an application, located at 125 Beltline Rd., Gaffney, SC 29341, between the hours of 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday-Thursday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
