The Columbia Housing (CH) waiting list for apartments at Lorick Place, Village at River's Edge, Four Seasons, Maybelle Court and Heyward Street is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from July 26, 2021, until July 28, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

200 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery for Maybelle Court and Heyward Street, and 500 applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery for Lorick Place, Village at River's Edge and Four Seasons.
