0-Bedroom Public Housing Waiting List

The City of Charleston Housing Authority (CHA) 0-Bedroom Public Housing waiting list is currently closed. Applications were last accepted on March 14, 2019. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Elderly, Working/Employed, Victims of Domestic Violence, Displaced by Natural Disaster, Job Training or Higher Education.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
