Multi-County, South Carolina Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

The South Carolina Regional Housing Authority #3 (SCRHA3) Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list is currently closed. It was last open for one week in January 2018. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Involuntarily displaced (homeless), living in substandard housing, rent burdened (paying more than 50% of income for rent and utilities). It is not known if only homeless persons qualified for the involuntarily displaced preference.

It is not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
