Parkside at Drayton Senior Apartments Waiting List

The Spartanburg Housing Authority (SHA) waiting list for apartments at Parkside at Drayton Senior Apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from June 15, 2020, until August 31, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: Applicants must be age 62 or older to apply. 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
