Public Housing Waiting List

The Sisseton Housing and Redevelopment Commission (SHRC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The SHRC offers one Public Housing community with 73 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the SHRC to pick up a pre-application, located at 123 Chestnut St. E, Sisseton, SD 57262, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (605) 698-3463 during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.
The SHRC does have a preference for elderly and disabled individuals.
