Erwin Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Erwin Housing Authority (EHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The EHA offers one Public Housing community with 73 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the EHA to pick up an application, located at 750 Carolina Ave. # 100, Erwin, TN 37650, during normal office hours.
2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (423) 743-5231 during normal office hours.

Once the application has been completed, you must call the EHA to schedule an application appointment at (423) 743-5231 during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The EHA does not have a preference. Qualified applicants will be placed on the waiting list by the date and time the application is received.For more information, the EHA can be reached by calling (423) 743-5231 during normal office hours.
