Public Housing Waiting List

The Greeneville Housing Authority (GHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
The GHA offers one Public Housing community with 324 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.
To apply, visit the GHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 100 Cox Cir., Greeneville, TN 37743, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
The GHA does have a preference for: elderly, disabled, and working families.
