This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Nashville, Tenessee.

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Sycamores Terrace is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from May 4, 2021 until May 11, 2021.

Please note: According to the MDHA, "In order to qualify for elderly housing, the head of household or spouse must be at least 62 years old."
