Gernert Studio Apartments Other Senior and Disabled Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Senior and Disabled rental housing assistance in Nashville, Tennessee.

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) last accepted Elderly and Disabled waiting list applications for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Gernert Studio from March 22, 2023, until April 12, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the MDHA, "In order to qualify for an elderly and disabled property, the head of household must be at least 62 years old or have a disability. In most cases, documentation of the disability is required". 

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
