Smithville Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Smithville Housing Authority (SHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The SHA offers one Public Housing community with 182 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, you must call the SHA to schedule a pre-application interview at (615) 597-4140 during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with your pre-application: birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, call the SHA office at (615) 597-4140 from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm CDT, Monday-Friday.
