Oliver Springs Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Oliver Springs Housing Authority (OSHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals. The OSHA offers one Public Housing community with 113 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the OSHA to pick up an application, located at 113 Wagner Ct., Oliver Springs, TN 37840, from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, you must call the OSHA to set up an application interview at (865) 435-1711 from 8:00 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday.Be sure to include these documents with your application: birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.
