Rockwood Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Rockwood Housing Authority (RHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The RHA offers one Public Housing community with 124 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.To apply, visit the RHA to pick up an application, located at 320 W Carpenter St, Rockwood, TN 37854, from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm EDT, Monday-Friday.Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 1:30 until 4:00 pm, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all earned and unearned income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The RHA does have a preference for homeless applicants.For more information, the RHA can be reached by calling (865) 354-9841 from 8:30 am until 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday.
