Tullahoma Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Tullahoma Housing Authority (THA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The THA offers one Public Housing community with 269 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the THA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1201 Cedar Lane, Tullahoma, TN 37388, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm CDT, Monday-Thursday; and on Fridays from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm.
2. Download the online pre-application here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above, from 7:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday-Thursday; and on Fridays from 7:30 am until 4:00 pm.Be sure to include these documents with your application: Birth certificates, Social Security Cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The THA does have a preference for: Veteran, victim of domestic violence, victim of natural disaster, or disabled.For more information, visit the THA website, or call the office at (931) 455-9319 during normal office hours.
