Housing Authority of Denison Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Denison, Texas.

The Denison Housing Authority (DHA) Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments is closed.

The DHA last accepted applications for this waiting list as of January, 2022, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to send an email to the DHA.

Please note: According to the DHA, there were "52 applicants on One Bedroom; 16 applicants on Two Bedroom and 11 applicants on Three Bedroom".

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Working families
• Elderly
• Disabled

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
