Housing Authority of Mabank Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Mabank, Texas.

The Housing Authority of Mabank (HAM) Public Housing waiting list for 1, 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2020 until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period: 

1. Pick up an application from the HAM, located at 200 E Jack St, Mabank, TX 75147, Monday through Thursday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm CT. Closed the week of the third Monday.
2. Call (903) 887- 4220.
3. Send an email to [email protected].

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.

The current waitlist is 1.5 to 2 years long.
