Section 8 New Construction Other Project Based Waiting List

This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Sweetwater, Texas.

The Housing Authority of Sweetwater (HAS) Section 8 New Construction waiting list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments is currently closed. Applications were last accepted since at least February 2020, until further notice.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application from the HAS.
2. Call the HAS.

There were no preferences.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
