Alexander Oaks, Summit Oaks and Eastern Oaks Apartments Public Housing Waiting List

This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Travis County, Texas.

The Housing Authority of Travis County (HATC) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for Alexander Oaks, Summit Oaks and Eastern Oaks Apartments from December 21, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Alexander Oaks - located at 6119 Valiant Cir, Austinn, TX 78749.
• Summit Oaks - located at 11607 Sierra Nevada Ln, Austin, TX 78759.
• Eastern Oaks - located at 4922 Nuckols Crossing Rd, Austin, TX 78744.

To apply while the waiting list is open, Download and print the paper application that is available on the HATC website.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be: Emailed to [email protected]. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not yet known how applicants will be placed on this waiting list, by order of preferences.
