This waiting list is for Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in New Braunfels, Texas.

The New Braunfels Housing Authority (NBHA) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Landa Place is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least February, 2020, until 97 applications have been received.

Please note: According the the NBHA, to apply to this waiting list "you will have to meet these requirements: 

• The household must be between 1 and 2 members.
• The primary applicant must be at least 62 years of age."

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
