Gregg, Panola, and Rusk County, Texas Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List

This waiting list is for Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher rental housing assistance in Gregg, Panola, and Rusk County, Including the Cities of Tatum & Beckville, Texas.

The Tatum Housing and Beckville Housing Authorities (THBHA) last accepted Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from October 2, 2023, until October 31, 2023. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

There were three ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Call the THBHA to request an application.
3. Pick up an application from the THBHA office.

Once the application was completed, it was either:

1. Dropped off at the THBHA office.
2. Faxed to the THBHA.
3. Emailed to the THBHA.
4. Mailed to the Tatum Housing and Beckville Housing Authorities.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
