The Crossings Waiting List

The Charlottesville Redevelopment and Housing Authority (CRHA) waiting list for apartments at The Crossings is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least June, 2021, until further notice.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live or work within the city of Charlottesville VA
• Homeless
• Elderly
• Disabled
