This waiting list is for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher rental housing assistance in Richmond, Virginia.

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for multiple properties is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 30, 2021, until September 3, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Fulton, has 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedrooms, located at Admiral Gravely Blvd.
• Afton, has 2, 3, 4 and 5-Bedrooms, located at Afton Avenue.
• Randolph, has 2, 3 and 4-Bedrooms, located at S. Allen & Idlewood Avenue.
• Stovall Place, has 2, 3 and 4-Bedrooms, located at 24th & Bainbridge Street.
• Bainbridge, has 3-Bedrooms, located at 34th & Moody Street.
• Bickerstaff Crossing, has 2 and 3-Bedrooms, located at 1401 Bickerstaff Road.
• Armstrong Renaissance, has 1 and 2-Bedrooms, located at 1665 North 31st Street.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Paper applications were not distributed or accepted by mail, fax or in person. 

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
