Eligibility
The Kennewick Housing Authority is currently accepting public housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.
This housing authority offers one community for families ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, and one community dedicated to senior/disabled individuals.
There are two ways to apply for public housing:1. Visit the housing authority to pick up an application, located at 1915 West 4th PlaceKennewick, WA, Monday-Thursday between the hours of 9am and 6pm.2. Download an application here, then print and complete.
Once the application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above. Be sure to include these original documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, Supplemental Security Income award letter (if applicable), and photo IDs for all adult household members.
This housing authority does have a preference point system that may improve you spot on the waiting list: elderly, disabled, veteran, or a victim of domestic violence.
