Lyons Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Lyons Housing Authority (LHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The LHA offers one Public Housing community with 89 units for families and senior/disabled individuals, ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms.There are three ways to apply:

1. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (620) 257-5241 during normal office hours.
2. Visit the LHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 215 S. Bell Ave., Lyons, KS 67554, during normal office hours.
3. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include copies of these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, and photo IDs for all adult household members.No preferences were noted.For more information, visit the LHA website, or call the office at (620) 257-5241 during normal office hours.
