Parsons Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Parsons Housing Authority (PHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The PHA offers one Public Housing community for families and one Public Housing community for senior/disabled individuals.There are three ways to apply:

1. Visit the PHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1900 Belmont, Parsons, KS 67357, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.
3. Request to have pre-application mailed to you by calling (620) 421-7040, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The PHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Working, elderly, disabled, homeless, displaced by government action, victim of domestic violence, or displaced by natural disaster.For more information, visit the PHA website, or call the office at (620) 421-7040, from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
