Marinette Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Marinette Housing Authority (MHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for senior/disabled households.Please note: The MHA does not offer a Public Housing program for families.The MHA offers one Public Housing community with 76 units for senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

1. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (715) 732-2553 during normal office hours.
2. Visit the MHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 1520 Ludington St., Marinette, WI 54143, during normal office hours.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: Social Security Cards, proof of all income, birth certificates, and photo IDs for all adult household members.The MHA does have a preference for applicants that live and/or work in Marinette.For more information, call the MHA at (715) 732-2553 during normal office hours.
