Ashland County Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Ashland County Housing Authority (ACHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The ACHA has Public Housing sites in the following towns: Glidden, Mellen, and Butternut, WI.The ACHA offers one Public Housing community with 40 units for families and senior/disabled households, with only one bedroom units that allow a two-person occupancy maximum.There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the ACHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 124 Wilderness Drive, Mellen, Wisconsin 54546, during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application online here, located at the top of the page, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be hand delivered to the address listed above, or mailed to PO Box 349, Wisconsin 54546.No documents are needed at this time.The ACHA does have a preference for applicants who are senior or disabled individuals.For more information, visit the ACHA website, or call the office at (715) 274-8311 or (800) 274-8311 during normal office hours.
