Public Housing Waiting List

The City of Washburn and County of Bayfield Housing Authority (CWCBHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.
The CWCBHA offers one Pubilc Housing community with 36 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.
There are two ways to apply:

1. Visit the CWCBHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 420 East Third Street, Washburn, WI 54891 during normal office hours.
2. Download a pre-application online here, then print and complete.

Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be emailed to [email protected], mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above, or faxed to 715-373-2610.
No documents are needed at this time.
No preferences were noted.
