Chilton Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Chilton Housing Authority (CHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications until further notice. Waiting lists for a specific community or bedroom size may be closed.

There are three ways to apply:

1. Visit the CHA to pick up an application, located at 312 Bonk St., Chilton, WI 53014, from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm CT on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
2. Call (920) 849-7042 to request an application by email or mail, from 7:00 am until 4:00 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
3. Download an application online here. Scroll down to the "How Do You Apply" section and select the "Printable Application" link.

Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.

No documents are needed at this time.
