Karabis Apartments Wheelchair Accessible Only Multifamily Housing Waiting List

The Community Development Authority of the City of Madison (CDA) waiting list for Wheelchair Accessible Only; 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Multifamily Housing apartments at Karabis Apartments is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least March, 2020, until further notice.

Karabis Apartments is:

• Located at 201 S. Park Street
• 20 units consisting of one-, two-, and three-bedroom barrier-free units
• Designated by HUD to serve people with physical disabilities
• Applicants must provide verification of the need for a wheelchair accessible unit

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Head-of-household, spouse, or co-head lives, works, or attends school or participates in a training program in the City of Madison
• Head of household, the spouse, or the cohead is elderly (62 years of age or older)
• Head of household, the spouse, or the cohead is a person with disabilities
• Minor children in the household
